Warm , Friendly , Helpful staff. Great location walking distance from Main Street. Clean. Adequately equipped kitchen. Water tastes very good. Suggest replacing Futon and matresses. Pretty views; lots of hummbirds !

Very cozy!!! Awesome views!!! Extremely comfortable beds. Best tasting water ever!!! Even the towels were so soft I just wanted to wrap up in one. I WILL be back ASAP.
Great, rustic place to stay when experiencing the beautiful town of Red River, NM. Restaurants, trails for hiking, fishing and ski lifts are easily accessible. Highly recommend!
The hospitality was second to none. We really felt like we were welcome and part of the family. The outdoor patio was a welcomed comfort. We bbqed several times. Rooms are cozy, not fancy, and the walls are a bit thin so if you are a light sleeper be sure to pack some earplugs.
